Who we are. Mekira / MANGANO STUDIO (“we”, “us”). Contact: mekira@mangano.studio.
What we collect. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or non-essential cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, user-agent, date/time, requested URL) for security and troubleshooting. If you email us, we receive your email address and message.
How we use data. To operate and secure the site, respond to messages, and comply with legal obligations. The legal bases for processing include legitimate interests (site operation and security, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where applicable, pre-contractual communication (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention. Server logs are retained only as long as necessary for security and technical operation. Emails are retained as long as needed to handle your request and for record-keeping purposes.
Visitor Counter. This website uses a simple server-side visitor counter to measure total visits. For technical reasons, the system processes IP addresses temporarily in order to prevent repeated counting within a short period. These data are used solely for basic counting functionality, are not used to identify individuals, and are not combined with other data. Stored data are limited to what is necessary for operation and are automatically deleted after a maximum of 2 days. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in understanding general website usage (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Sharing. Our hosting provider processes server logs on our behalf. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights. Under applicable data protection law (including GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us to exercise your rights.
Automated decision-making. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
Changes. We may update this notice. If we add analytics, embedded content, or cookies requiring consent, we will update this page and, where required, provide a consent mechanism.
